Built for George C. Butt, Merchant, replacing the original fish warehouse destroyed by the 1922 waterfront fire – The building operated for many years as a storage facility for the family retail business and was recently restored and opened as a retro café, wine bar, and banquet/performance centre – The warehouse remains a family business, now 4th generation owned.
